RAI Annual Meeting

The Rheumatology Association of Iowa holds an annual meeting in the winter. All members receive complimentary meeting registration as benefit of their active membership. The association was created to bring together rheumatologists and other medical professionals in Iowa and the Midwest with the goal to promote activities that advocate access to the highest quality medical care for rheumatic disease patients with autoimmune inflammatory and degenerative diseases.

The RAI Board of Directors works to provide education and engage our membership on the issues affecting the field of rheumatology, their practice and their patient’s access to treatment. The board of director’s prioritizes advocacy as program theme and works to actively encourage members to collaborate with policymakers on affordability issues and providing access to the best patient care.
