RAI Supports Federal Bipartisan Legislation, the Safe Step Act

The Crohn's Colitis Foundation asked national and state physician organizations to join a campaign in support of federal bipartisan legislation to require that insurers offer a medically reasonable and expedient step therapy appeals process.

129 organizations, currently mostly patient advocacy groups, have signed on to date. CCF knows very well the administrative burden of step therapy on physicians. Thus, they've invited us to join the effort.
